Whether a condo or house, vacant or occupied, for sale or rent, my combined real estate and interior design/decorating experience will ensure your home looks its best when it hits the market, stands out from the competition and, more importantly, emotionally connects with buyers/renters, bringing you that offer (or two or more) and the highest return on your real estate investment.

The first step in putting your property ahead of the rest is to invite me into your home. During this visit, you’ll give me the grand tour and I’ll take vital measurements, photographs and complete a room by room evaluation. Next, we’ll discuss your goals, selling/rental strategies (with your listing agent) and any other pertinent project details. Combined, this information will form the basis of a detailed, written Reveal Report on how to best showcase your property to its fullest potential. It will include tips and strategies to declutter and depersonalize, address any necessary minor fixes/repairs and cosmetic upgrades, and provide paint suggestions as well as recommendations for furniture arrangements and decorative accents. The Reveal Report can then be used to prepare your home for professional staging or styling (by yours truly), or as a guide to do-it-yourself.

Based on your property’s needs and personal preferences, I will develop a customized home staging package that fits your budget. Then, once the property is properly prepared for staging by the owner (with help, if needed, from a list of trusted trades and home repair professionals) and it has received a thorough cleaning, I’ll stage your home with the same level of detail and execution as any other interior design/decorating project I take on. Rental furniture, rugs, lighting, art, accessories and/or soft goods will be used to transform your home into one that appeals to the targeted client demographic, enabling prospective buyers/renters to envision themselves living there.

Fee dependent on property size, whether vacant or occupied and if any of the owner’s existing furnishings and decor will be used. (Includes rental items).

If you already have all the ‘goods’ but don’t know how to make your home feel finished, this is where my trained professional eye comes in. From top to bottom, I’ll rearrange and/or repurpose existing items to bring out the best in your property. Each space will be optimized with proper furniture placement for function and flow, strong focal points and eye-catching vignettes.
